Beef Leftover Recipes. Rare, so i hesitate to do. I don't think i've ever had leftover tenderloin, so i'm not quite sure how to serve/treat it with the respect its price deserves.

Leftover roast beef or prime rib adds delicious heft to this quick and easy hash recipe with russet potatoes, onions, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Rare, so i hesitate to do. I never used a recipe before for hash, says lutzflcat , and i typically don't add either bell peppers or mushrooms, but i must say i liked them in the hash.
